Required: Helmet, full finger gloves (preferably cut-proof), eye protection, long sleeves, knee pads, neck protection and shin guards must be worn by all participants.
Recommended: Full-body cut-resistant protection either integrated into the skin suit or separate.
Format
Ohio State Meet is an Ability Meet and is limited to 90 participants. Skaters will be grouped according to their seed time, with consideration being given to the age of skaters in each group. Divisions may be mixed gender.
In time and interest allow, there will also be mixed-gender relays.
Please consider signing up for a volunteer shift. With the exception of USS Officials roles, every other job can be done with little to no training. Timers, judges, heat box, hospitality, ice support, runners - we will find your perfect way to get more involved. We can guarantee we have never had too many volunteers!!
