Long Track Age Group Nationals in Milwaukee
by US Speedskating
The weekend started off with a great momentum riding off the Olympic Games. As the future stars of US Speedskating, these athletes put their season’s best work out there to strive to the next level of skating.
With over 70 athletes from clubs representing Puget Sound, Wisconsin, Midway, Park Ridge, Franklin Park, Colorado Gold and others. In tandem with this event, US Speedskating also hosted a Future of Speed camp where 25 U11 skaters came out to put their physical abilities to the test!
Many of these athletes who competed in Age Group Nationals are the athletes we will soon see representing the US in World Cups, Championships and the Olympic Winter Games.
