On day three of the 2026 Olympic Team Trials - Long Track, Emery Lehman and Greta Myers qualified to represent Team USA at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 in February. Jordan Stolz, Brittany Bowe, and Casey Dawson, while already qualified, have secured their race spots in the 1500m. Stolz and Erin Jackson raced and earned their spot in the 500m.

In the first 500m of the competition, Erin Jackson won with a time of 38.158. This solidified her direct nomination to race the 500m at the Olympic Games.

Sarah Warren and McKenzie Browne were close behind with times of 38.863 and 38.888 respectively. The final rankings will be decided after the second 500m race tomorrow.

Stepping on to home ice again, Jordan Stolz won the 500m race in a time of 34.761. Due to fatigue related to illness, he elected to skate off for his 1500m, fulfilling his pre-qualification requirement. This solidifies his direct nomination to race both the 1500m and 500m. Tomorrow he will race in the Mass Start to finish the quad.

In the Men’s 1500, Emery Lehman took the win, with a time of 1:44.202, taking the second quota spot and heading to his fourth Olympic Games. Lehman is from Oak Park, IL.

Casey Dawson, who had already qualified in the 5000m and 10000m took second place with a time of 1:45.897. This puts him in the third quota spot for the Games.

For the women’s competition, Brittany Bowe won the 1500m in a time of 1:55.03, taking the first quota spot. She is qualified to race the Team Pursuit, 1000m, & 1500m at the Olympic Games.

During their pair, Greta Myers was DQed after placing second. She was granted a reskate, which she skated at a faster time of 1:56.04. This gave her the second quota spot in the 1500m and qualification to her first Winter Olympic Games. Myers is from Lino Lakes, MN.

Of the reskate, Myers said, "I was just so relieved and excited. I knew I could do it but knowing you can do it and actually doing it are two different things. I was just trying to stay calm and relaxed and to execute my technical cues and it worked out. I'm just really happy I had the opportunity to reskate and prove to everyone that I could make the team... twice."
