US Speedskating to Partner with Rise Bar

Kearns, UT –US Speedskating, the national governing body of Olympic speed skating in the United States, announced a new partnership with Rise Bar, a vegan and whey protein bar company committed to real ingredients, made simple.

Rise Bar creates products that are high in protein, include just a few simple and clean ingredients, sustain energy and are easily digestible. These priorities align with US Speedskating, as protein bars are a key part of an athlete’s diet for training and competing at the highest level international competitions, including the Winter Olympic Games.

“Rise is pleased to be a sponsor of US Speedskating,” says Rise CEO Darin Perry.  “We admire the Organization and its athletes and are dedicated to providing them with high-quality nutrition.”

“Our athletes' nutrition and wellness is essential to their success on the ice.” says Ted Morris, US Speedskating Executive Director. “We are eager to integrate Rise Bars into their diets. We look forward to partnering with Rise Bar as our athletes prepare for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.”

US Speedskating has an incredible legacy, with 91 Olympic medals to date, more than any other US winter sport, as well as several of the greatest feats in Winter Olympics history. Among them are the five gold medals won by 21-year old Eric Heiden at the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics, Bonnie Blair - the most decorated female US Winter Olympian (six medals), Apolo Anton Ohno - the most decorated US Winter Olympian (eight medals), and Erin Jackson - the first Black woman to win an individual Gold medal at a Winter Olympics when she won at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

Rise Bar’s collaboration with US Speedskating marks a renewal of both company’s dedication to quality and simplicity in working towards excellence.
