USS Junior & Neo Senior Development Camp

Join USS Program Director, Matt Kooreman, and mulitple guest coaches for a weekend of refining your technique, mental skills, and off ice routines.

Location:  The Pettit National Ice Center

Camp Cost:  $225 

Ages:  Junior C (13) through Neo Senior

 

Schedule:

Friday, September 29th

8:30am           Orientation/Introduction

10:00am         On-Ice – Technique (Constraints)

12pm              Lunch (Provided) 

12:30pm         United States Ani-Doping Association (USADA)

1:30pm           Presentation - Hydration

2:45pm           Off-Ice

4:00pm           On-Ice – Acceleration/Start Work

5:30pm           Camp Ends

 

Saturday, September 30th

8:25am          On-Ice Warm-up
9:30am          Time Trials

12pm              Lunch (Provided) / Q&A Junior World Team
1:30pm           Dynamic Strength Index Testing (Olu)
3:15pm          Technical Dryland (Corners w/Hongyang)

4:30pm          Camp Ends

 

Sunday, October 1st    

8:30am          Team Pursuit / Team Challenge Activity 

9:00am          Warm Up/Dryland

10am              On Ice – Team Pursuit / Mass Start

12:30pm         Lunch (Provided) Wrap up
