2023 Adirondack Sprint Championships

Location: Sheffield Olympic Oval, 2634 Main St., Lake Placid, NY 12946
Dates: December 16-17, 2023
Time: Warm up 8am, Races start at 8:30am
Coaches Meeting & Draw: Friday 5:30pm, Oval Timing Room
Registration deadline: Wednesday, December 13th at 5pm ET

Race Format:
Age as of July 1, 2022

Junior F (8 and under): 100m/200m 100m/2000m
Junior E/D (9-12): 500m/600m 500m/600m
Junior A/B/C: 500m/1000m 500m/1000m
Open: 500m/1000m 500m/1000m
Masters (30+): 500m/1000m 500m/1000m

Atletes must compete both days to be eligible for awards
Samalog points of all 4 distances to determine class awards

Registration fee is $80 per athlete.
