Daniel J. Immerfall
Dan was born December 14, 1955. He won a variety of World medals, one of which being the gold medal at World Sprint Championships in 1973 at Oslo, Norway, in the 500m. Following this success, he set a Junior World record of 39.35 seconds in the 500m in Italy in 1976. Dan was then a member of the 1976, 1980, and 1984 U.S. Olympic teams and was a bronze medal winner in 500m in the 1976 Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria. He was inducted to the National Speedskating Hall of Fame on May 15, 1987 in Southgate, Michigan.
