10 – 12 year olds are welcomed but must meet time standard and coaching recommendation. Limited numbers accepted
Camp Cost for 12 and older is 900.00
10 – 12 year old camp cost is 450.00 Accommodations on own or if needed we can help you with a host family.
Join our Jr. Development Athletic Training Camp, a high-intensity, week-long program designed for young athletes looking to elevate their skills, strength, and endurance. This immersive training experience focuses on developing fundamental athletic abilities, including speed, agility, power, and technique, through expert coaching and structured drills.
Camp Highlights:
✅ Sport-Specific Training – Improve technique, form, and efficiency in your sport.
✅ Strength & Conditioning – Build power, endurance, and injury prevention strategies.
✅ On-Ice/Off Ice Drills – Focused sessions to refine movement patterns and tactical skills.
✅ Mental Preparation & Recovery – Learn mindset strategies and recovery techniques for peak performance.
✅ Video Analysis & Feedback – Individualized coaching insights to track progress and improve execution.
✅ Wednesday Fun Night – an evening out in town mini golfing and then enjoying pizza and wing party
✅ Ice Time Extension– This year our ice sessions are now running 2 hours long, increasing by 30min per session
Camp can accommodate 30 Athletes
Coaches are Level 3 to Level 1
Applications will open Mid May 2025
We offer 4 athletes to 1 coach ratio so we can make the experience as informative and enjoyable as possible for all participants.
