2024 Desert Classic Long Track

The Long Track Desert Classic is part of our Speed Skating Summer Racing Series. The purpose of this event is to prepare athletes for the start of the racing season as well as provide the setting for developing skaters who need to earn qualifying times for future high-level competitions. Come out and test your racing skills and strategy at the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics on the “Fastest Ice on Earth”. ***Each skater can sign up for a maximum of two races each day. Sunday's Mass Start events are an added bonus for those who wish to compete in that distance. Junior men's 3K is restricted to Junior C age category and older or a 1500m result time below 2:20.00/or previous 3K time below 5:10.00(USS D2).***
