2023 Derek Parra Masters Camp

The Masters Speed Skating Camp is designed for recreational-competitive long and short track skaters age 30 and over. Athletes will learn from proven training methods and techniques that have helped skaters reach the highest level of performance on the “FASTEST ICE ON EARTH." Skaters will also gain specific knowledge in “off-ice” workouts and the latest sports performance information in the fields of Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, and more.
