    2027 Am Cup #1 & Fall World Cup Qualifier

    This event will serve as qualifying event for selecting the US Long Track World Cup Team.

    The event is open to international participation.

     

    Entry Deadline:

    October 20th  , 2026 at 5pm MT
    Entry Fee: $175
    Late entries accepted until October 26th 5pm MT. A $100 late entry fee charge will apply.

    Preliminary Schedule:

    Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
    Saturday: 7am- 3pm
    Sunday: 7am-2pm


    Coaches Meeting and Draw:

    Thursday: October 29th 5:00pm virtual
    A Zoom link will be sent to all eligible coaches who registered via Sport80

    Official Training:

    Eligibility:

    ·      Current USS member in good standing

    ·      International athletes who are a  member of a foreign NGB

    ·      To compete in AmCup & Fall WC Qualifier a skater must have a “D1” time standard for seniors or a “D2” time for juniors & masters (55 and under). Masters 55+ must have achieved one MAT II time.

    Athlete Check-In:

    All athletes are required to pick up their transponders either in person or via a designated individual on Thursday, October 29th  from 11:00am – 1pm Pettit lobby
    No deposit will be required.
    Not returned transponders will be charged to the skater at $100/unit.

    Athlete Processing:

    For athletes who qualify for international travel as part of the  World Cup Team, please be prepared to undergo Team Processing after conclusion of event on Saturday & Sunday. Plan approx. 1 hour to complete all paperwork, visa applications (if applicable), and apparel fitting (if applicable). Team Processing will be in the Hall of Fame room.

    Athletes selected to a USS travel team need to be prepared to show proof of a current Athlete Physical Exam Form as outlined. Proof will have to be presented at Athlete Processing immediately following the qualifying competition and cannot be older than 365 days.

    Anti-Doping Information

    All athletes competing in a US Speedskating competition are subject to anti-doping testing.  Please ensure familiar with the doping control process and the athletes’ rights and responsibilities? Please review the USADA Clean Sport Handbook to help familiarize yourself with this information and ensure that you are prepared.
