Event Description: Skaters will be given the opportunity to build on skills throughout the summer with each camp focusing on a different goal. Skaters who participate in the camp will have access to a customized off-ice training program designed to increase muscular strength and endurance. All equipment needed to participate in these at-home activities, as well as access to the workout platform, is included in the camp fees. While the camp sessions are intended to build upon each other, you may also take them individually. The camp sessions are built for skaters from novice to advanced level.
