How did you get into speedskating?

My parents owned a roller rink when I was kid. I started speed skating in 1996, and ice speed skating in 2007.

What is your most memorable speedkating accomplishment?

World Championships, Italy 2004. The experience skating there was amazing, and the country was so memorable.

What is your favorite thing about speedskating?

Going fast! Actually the competition is what makes me love the sport. I am always up for a challenge.

What other sports have you competed in?

X-Country, track and field, inline speed skating, football, baseball

Charities you have volunteered for?

I volunteered for community cleanup and the Special Olympics in Marquette, MI.
